Troubleshooting swaps
Common issues and what to check before or after signing a route.
No route found
Try a smaller amount, switch chains, or paste the exact token contract address. Some long-tail assets do not have enough supported liquidity on every chain.
Wallet is on the wrong chain
Switch your wallet to the source chain shown in the swap box, then refresh the quote. The app will try to default to your connected chain when possible.
Swap is taking longer than expected
Cross-chain routes depend on provider execution and network conditions. Use the route status when available and avoid sending duplicate transactions unless you are sure the first one failed.
Wrong recipient entered
Always double-check the recipient before signing. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed after they are confirmed.
