Terms of Use

The basic terms for using SwapRoute as a non-custodial crypto routing interface and developer API.

Last updated: July 2026

Use at your own risk

SwapRoute provides routing information and transaction interfaces for crypto swaps. Crypto assets, bridges, wallets, and smart contracts involve risk, including loss of funds, failed transactions, slippage, delays, and protocol or network failures.

Nothing on SwapRoute is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a route is appropriate before signing.

No custody or guarantees

SwapRoute does not custody funds and cannot reverse confirmed blockchain transactions. Routes depend on third-party protocols, aggregators, bridges, wallets, RPC providers, and networks that SwapRoute does not control.

Quotes are time-sensitive. Output, fees, gas, slippage, route availability, and settlement time may change before or after signing.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying token addresses, recipient addresses, chain selection, approvals, wallet prompts, and local laws or restrictions that apply to you.

Do not use SwapRoute to violate laws, sanctions, or third-party rights, or to interfere with the service through abuse, scraping, spam, or malicious requests.

Developer API

The public API is provided for integration and experimentation. API access may be rate limited, changed, or restricted to protect reliability and users. Integrators must present route details and signing risks clearly to their own users.
