Privacy Policy

A plain-language privacy policy for SwapRoute users, wallets, route requests, and developer API usage.

What SwapRoute processes

SwapRoute may process wallet addresses, selected chains, token addresses, swap amounts, recipient addresses you enter, route quotes, and transaction/status references needed to provide the swap experience.

Blockchain activity is public by nature. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes may be visible on public block explorers and to the routing providers that execute a route.

What SwapRoute does not collect

SwapRoute does not ask for seed phrases, private keys, exchange passwords, or custodial account credentials. Never enter those into any website or share them with anyone claiming to support SwapRoute.

SwapRoute does not require an account to use the app.

Service providers

To provide quotes, routing, token metadata, wallet connectivity, images, and analytics or infrastructure, SwapRoute may use third-party services. Those services may receive technical request data such as IP address, browser metadata, wallet address, token addresses, and route details as needed to operate the product.

Your choices

You can use a fresh wallet, disconnect your wallet, avoid optional recipient fields, or choose not to sign a route at any time. Once a blockchain transaction is signed and broadcast, it is governed by the relevant network and protocol rules.
